FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Orders typically ship 1-3 business days from when the order was placed.
- Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday, at the earliest.
- Orders ship from Los Angeles, California via USPS Package Services.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
- USPS transit times are only estimates and are usually between 3 to 8 days. However, since the pandemic began this timing has varied greatly. We cannot guarantee an exact date, unfortunately.
- Please give yourself plenty of time for your order to arrive!
- If you need your items quicker, please consider upgrading to Priority Mail shipping.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included when your order is shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- Currently, our Shopify site is set up with Priority International through the United States Postal Service.
- If you would like no tracking, please reach out and we can discuss a custom order for you. This is only possible for a single card purchase.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
- In the Order Summary section of the checkout page, enter your code in the Discount Code bar and click Apply.
- Only one discount code may be used at one time, so use the best one for you!
DO YOU OFFER A PLASTIC FREE OPTION?
- Yes, just click Add a Note to Your Order upon checkout and let us know "No Plastic Please". We are still working on making this a permanent option, however feel free to let us know and we will do our best to reduce the plastic packaging that typically comes with items.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- We are happy to accept returns if the purchased item(s) are unopened and unused, and may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be excluded from the return amount.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to begin your return process.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
- Your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of its arrival to our shop, and the charges placed on your card will be credited to you.
- Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
- If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please email us at email@example.com.
